【优秀论文】10kV旁路电缆架空敷设作业系统及其 作业方法的研究

摘要:为了解决传统的旁路电缆作业在道路交通复杂、地形地貌受限、跨越道路河流、建筑施工阻碍等特殊环境下无法开展的问题,本文提供了一套新颖的作业系统及相对应的作业方法。巧妙的设计、制造出一套一种适用于所有旁路作业现场环境的旁路电缆架空敷设系统。主要包括支撑系统、牵引系统、挂缆机构、辅助安全系统四部分。研制了双轮吊绳器、双轮托绳器、双轮吊缆器等新装置。将旁路电缆架空敷设,以做到无障碍敷设旁路电缆。同时保证柔性电缆不直接承受拉力,有效保护电缆安全性能。架空敷设电缆避免与地面接触而磨损电缆,保护旁路设备的绝缘性能,提高其使用寿命。并节省大量人力。通过实际应用发现,新装置操作简单、安全可靠、经济实用,总体效果较好。

AbstractIn order to solve the problems of the traditional bypass cableoperation in the special environment, such as the complexity of the roadtraffic, the topography and the terrain, the road crossing the river, thebuilding construction and so on.In thispaper, we provide a new operating system and corresponding operation method.Itmainly includes four parts: support system, traction system, cable hangingmechanism and auxiliary safety system.To developdouble rope device, double rope supporting device, double rope hoist and othernew equipment.The bypass cable overhead laying, to achieve barrier freeinstallation of bypass cable.At the same time to ensure the flexible cable isnot directly under tension, the safety performance of the effective protectionof the cable. Overhead cable to avoid contact with the surface and wearprotective insulation cable, bypass equipment, improve its service life. Andsave a lot of manpower. Through the actual application shows that the newdevice has the advantages of simple operation, safe and reliable, economical andpractical, the overall effect is good.
